 Family Growth Center, LLC offers a self-pay option through our BRANCH Program to support accessibility and accommodate a range of financial circumstances.  Our unique program uses a flexible  program that allows clients to choose the rate that best fits your financial reality, no explanation or documentation needed.

Self-pay services are not billed to insurance. Clients who choose to use insurance are billed according to their individual insurance benefits. 

 Important: If you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, you must pay the Seed rate, as sliding scale rates are not eligible for superbill documentation.  The BRANCH program is intended only for clients paying fully out-of-pocket and other rates are not eligible for insurance claims.

Which phase should I choose?
Here's a general guide to assist with choosing your specific phase

Seed - Clients with stable income and/or financial security.  This option helps offset access for other clients in need.

Sprout  - Clients with stable but limited financial flexibility; Meeting basic needs with careful budgeting.

Root - Clients in financial strain,  low/underpaid work, or facing barriers

Does BRANCH phase affect the care I receive?
No. All clients receive the same standard of care regardless of self-pay fee.

What payments do you take?

Payment is due at the time of service. We currently accept:

Credit & debit cards (via Stripe)

HSA/FSA cards

Venmo, Check

A card must be kept of file to reserve appointments

Can fees change?
Phases can change based on life circumstances and can be revisited at any time. We trust our clients to make the best choice that feels sustainable to them.
