Hello! My name is Chelsi Riffe. I am a proud mom of 2 boys, I love to run, I love to read, and I am a lifelong learner.
I entered this field as a neurodivergent woman determined to learn my way towards healthier thought patterns, regulated emotions, and a quality of life that I can be proud of. I am passionate about providing neurodivergent support, utilizing all that I learn academically, personally, and relationally to help others navigate the challenges that arise from being neurodivergent. My approach empowers individuals and families to learn with openness, experience without judgment, and love unconditionally.
I graduated with my master's degree in social work in 2016 from Salisbury University and began my career as a child and family therapist. A few years into my career, I developed a passion for helping parents learn ways to support their children's emotional and behavioral needs, fostering healthier family interactions. In 2022, I received my certification in Parent Management Training (PMT) from the Parent Management Training Institute (PMTI). PMT has a success rate of over 92% in supporting families with behavioral challenges, including aggression and defiance—behaviors commonly associated with ADHD. More information about PMT can be found here: Homepage - PMTI
I specialize in supporting individuals, children, and families who struggle with anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, parent/child interactions, impulsivity, and inattention. I recognize the need for support that is non-judgmental and compassionate, and I prioritize this need in every interaction.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards understanding, growth, and lifelong change.
